This Privacy Policy explains how Intellectus Universe Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202556427R), 12 Woodlands Square, #13-79, Woods Square, Singapore 737715 ("IU", "we", "our" or "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use ContentApp at contentapp.ai2bundle.co (the "Service"). It supplements our general AI2Bundle Privacy Policy; where they differ, this policy governs for ContentApp. We follow the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
1.1Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier.
1.2Sign-in information. The IP address and country from which you sign in, and the dates and times you sign in.
1.3Your content. The prompts you write, the captions, hashtags, images and videos generated for you, files you upload, the platforms you select, and the dates and times you schedule posts.
1.4Connected social accounts. For each account you connect, the platform's account identifier, username and display name. For YouTube, we also hold the access permission (OAuth token) Google issues to us. For LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, the access permission is held by our publishing partner, Post for Me.
1.5Billing and usage. Your plan, credit balance and credit usage, your Stripe customer reference, and the amount and currency of each payment. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
1.6Team information. Email addresses you invite to your team, team roles, and which team member created each item.
1.7Cookies and local storage. A first-party cookie (ca_anon_id, kept for up to one year) that links a visit to a sign-up, and your sign-in session stored in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies in the Service.
2.1We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
3.1Google sign-in gives us only your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture), which we use to create and identify your account.
3.2Connecting YouTube asks for permission to upload videos to your YouTube channel and to read your channel's name and identifier. We use this permission only to show which channel is connected and to upload the videos you choose to publish, at the time you choose. We do not read, change or delete other videos, comments, analytics or subscribers.
3.3ContentApp uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
3.4Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not read by people except with your permission, for security purposes, or to comply with law. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the Service.
3.5You can disconnect YouTube at any time on the Social Accounts page. When you do, we revoke our access with Google and delete the stored permission. You can also remove ContentApp's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Information obtained through YouTube API Services is deleted within 30 days after you disconnect, or after you ask us to delete your account.
4.1Service providers. We share information with the providers that operate the Service — hosting, AI generation, publishing and payments — only as needed for them to do so. The list, with each provider's purpose and location, is in Schedule 1 of our Terms of Service. When you generate content, your prompt is sent to the AI provider that creates the result.
4.2Social platforms. When you post or schedule, the content and media you choose are sent to the platforms you selected, where they are handled under each platform's own terms and privacy policy.
4.3Your team. If you join a team, the team owner and admins can see the content you create and your activity on the team.
4.4Legal and business transfers. Where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5.1Your account data and media are stored on Cloudflare in its Asia-Pacific region (Singapore), encrypted in transit and at rest. Security measures are described on our Security & Trust page.
5.2To publish your posts, your images and videos are stored at unlisted web addresses that the social platforms use to fetch them. Anyone who has the exact address of a file can open it.
5.3Some providers process data outside Singapore, mainly in the United States. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives protection comparable to the PDPA.
6.1We keep your account information and content while your account is active. Billing and usage records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and audit purposes.
6.2Items you remove go to the Recycle Bin, where they can be restored. Items deleted permanently from the Recycle Bin are removed from the app and kept in a locked archive for audit purposes; you can ask us to erase them.
6.3If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law. Posts already published to social platforms remain on those platforms until you remove them there.
7.1You may ask to access or correct your personal data, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to its use. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the Service. Where other data-protection laws apply to you, such as the GDPR, you also have the rights those laws give you, including data portability and objecting to processing.
7.2To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 10. We may need to verify your identity first.
8.1The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9.1We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, where changes are material, ask you to accept them in the Service.
